Lets look at motivation in the fashion industry, or lingerie industry in terms of clothing.
Now I’m not talking about losing weight to fit into that size something clothing you bought, or whats referred to as your dream dress, or goal dress.
I’m talking about motivational clothing that makes you feel good without stressing on how to lose weight. This can be in the form of slogans on a shirt, or your favorite pair of pants, or even just a bracelet with symbols that mean something.
Motivation is what you make of it. If you get a smile when you see a funny quote on a t-shirt, or get a kick out of wearing your team colors, or jersey, that’s what we call motivational clothing.
The same can be said for lingerie. Those comfy underwear that make you start the day off well. Clothing has the effect of how you feel about yourself, and can motivate you to accomplish your goal.
When you go to a business meeting, you put on a suit, and get into a business mindset.
When you hit the gym, you put on your gym clothes, and you get motivated to go for a run or lift weights.
Motivational clothes even when you need to relax, you put on your comfy clothes, such as tacksuit or pjs. Think about it, when your in your business suit, can you relax as well as your comfortable house clothing.
Clothes put you in a mind set, motivate you to feel good, whether it be your team clothes, walking around the street, proud to belong to a team, or at the game supporting them, or your business suit, your gym clothes or even your comfortable lingerie.
